Residents receive personalized care and supervision around the clock. We support daily routines, monitor safety, and respond as needs change so each person can feel comfortable at home.

We help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while respecting each resident’s preferences and encouraging them to do what they can independently.

We help residents follow their medication routines, including medication management and administration, as part of a care plan tailored to their individual needs.

For residents living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, we provide patient, personalized support, consistent routines, and activities suited to their needs and abilities.

Drawing on Fadumo’s caregiving experience and background in Applied Behavior Analysis, we offer positive behavioral support and help residents build daily living skills and independence.

We get to know each resident’s needs, strengths, and preferences, then shape their care and routines around them. We also coordinate with families and healthcare providers as needs change.

Caregiving has been a thread throughout my life. For 10 years, I’ve supported people with compassion, patience, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel understood and valued. Caring for loved ones living with Alzheimer’s disease, autism, and developmental disabilities has shaped both who I am and the work I’ve chosen to do.
I earned my BA from the University of Washington and my MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. My experiences inspired me to study behavior more deeply, but they also taught me to see the person beyond a diagnosis. I’m especially passionate about supporting people with complex behavioral needs, mental health conditions, and developmental disabilities.
At our adult family home, my caregivers and I provide structure and individualized support as residents adjust to a new environment. Our goal is to offer more than a place to live. We strive to create a stable home where each resident feels safe, supported, and able to thrive in their own way.
